Tuesdays, May 19, 26, June 2, 9, (no 16), 23, 7 – 8 PM

Non-refundable fee of $15, cash/check to be paid at in-person registration. Build strength and fitness tailored to meet the needs of participants. Bring hand-held weights (your choice of two weights - 1-5 lbs.), yoga mat, and water.
