Mondays, January 5, 12, (no 19), 26, February 2, & 9, 7:00 – 8:00 PM

Nonrefundable fee of $15 (cash/check) paid at in-person registration. Bring hand-held weights (your choice of two weights - 1-5 lbs.), yoga mat, and water.
